Support Worker – Sydney
We are seeking caring, reliable and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Sydney.
The role involves supporting participants with their day-to-day needs, promoting independence and helping them achieve their personal goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting participants with daily living activities.
- Assisting with community access, appointments and social activities.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Assisting with meal preparation, shopping and household tasks.
- Following individual support plans and maintaining accurate notes.
- Promoting participant choice, dignity, safety and independence.
About You
- Caring, patient and reliable.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous support work experience is preferred.
- Relevant qualifications are desirable.
- Current First Aid/CPR and required NDIS checks.
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport preferred.
Location: Sydney, NSW
Employment: Casual / Part-Time / Full-Time
Pay: $38.68 – $77.35 per hour
Work Location: In person
