Or are you a disability support worker interested in gaining experience with complex and high-intensity care?

Lifestyle Max is a nurse-led NDIS provider seeking reliable and enthusiastic support workers to join an established team supporting a young adult male participant with complex physical and healthcare needs.

This is a community-based role supporting the participant in his home and during community access. The focus is providing safe, consistent daily living and high-intensity supports under clear clinical guidance.

  • Supporting daily routines and community access
  • Completing accurate progress notes and documentation

The participant also enjoys outings, walks and spending time outdoors. Someone with an interest in outdoor activities such as fishing, camping or sports, who can suggest and help plan enjoyable outings, would be a great fit.
