Key Requirements

• Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or a related field (essential)
• Previous experience in disability support
• Availability for flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
• Reliable transportation (desirable)
• A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities

Your Responsibilities

• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household duties
• Encourage and support clients to participate in community activities and social events
• Implement person-centred support plans tailored to each individual's goals and needs
• Promote independence, dignity, and choice in all aspects of support
