What you'll be doing

• Providing personal care and daily living assistance to clients with a range of disabilities
• Supporting clients to participate in recreational, social and educational activities
• Advocating for client needs and collaborating with families, carers and other professionals
• Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
• Adhering to all workplace policies, procedures and safety standards

What we're looking for

• A Certificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care or a related field - or willing to obtain
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities, either professionally or through volunteering
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships
• A caring, patient and empathetic nature with a genuine commitment to making a positive difference
• A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
