About the Role
We're seeking a calm, patient, and reliable NDIS Support Worker to support a participant with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in the Melton South area.

This is an ongoing role, currently anticipated as Monday, Wednesday and Friday, approximately 12:00pm–3:00pm (3-hour shifts). Exact days are still being confirmed with the participant, so some flexibility is a plus. There is strong potential for additional shifts as we grow.

You'll be supporting someone who thrives in a structured, calm, and predictable environment, so a patient, consistent, and reassuring approach is essential. Building trust and routine over time is what makes this role work.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting community access and participation
• Assisting with errands, appointments, and daily living tasks
• Encouraging independence and building everyday life skills
• Supporting positive routines and consistent structure
• Providing calm, patient support around social and emotional engagement
• Ensuring safe, positive experiences in the community

About You

• Calm, patient, and genuinely reliable
• Experienced supporting individuals with ASD (highly regarded)
• Consistent and committed — someone who can show up week to week and build real rapport
• Strong communication with a low-pressure, supportive approach
• Holds a valid driver's licence and has a reliable vehicle

Requirements

• Valid ABN (or willing to obtain) – subcontractor role
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• First Aid & CPR
• Relevant experience in disability support
