  • Providing support within the community and/or a Supported Independent Living (SIL) environment
  • Working a variety of shifts, which may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and sleepover shifts across various locations

All Disability Support Workers are expected to provide safe, respectful and person-centred support, follow participant plans and organisational procedures, maintain professional boundaries, and complete accurate and timely case notes and other required documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Someone who is genuinely passionate about supporting people to live fulfilling and independent lives
  • A reliable team member who takes responsibility for their shifts and commitments
  • Someone who is open to feedback, willing to learn and ready to contribute to the wider team
  • A high standard of professionalism, communication and integrity
  • Strong attention to detail when completing case notes, documentation and WHS requirements
  • Flexibility to work across different participants, locations and shift types, including assisting with additional shifts where reasonably required
  • The ability to follow participant support plans, health care plans, behaviour support plans and organisational procedures
