- Following NDIS Practice Standards, the NDIS Code of Conduct and Best Life Disability Services policies and procedures.
About You
We are looking for people who are reliable, respectful, patient and genuinely passionate about supporting people with disability.
You will be able to build positive professional relationships while recognising that every participant is an individual with their own goals, preferences and right to make choices about their life.
You will also need to be comfortable working independently, following established support plans and communicating promptly with management when concerns arise.

We particularly value applicants who can offer flexible and consistent availability and are willing to build ongoing relationships with participants rather than only accepting occasional shifts.
