Disability Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and patient support worker to assist a female NDIS participants.

The participant is requires support with daily living, personal care, general assistance and community participation. Due to the personal care needs and participant preference, a female support worker is required.

Roster / Shifts

• Shifts available on all 7 days of week

Duties include

• Personal care support
• Assistance with mobility
• Support with daily living activities
• Companionship and community access where required
• Maintaining participant dignity, comfort and safety
• Following care plans and reporting any concerns
• Community participation

Requirements

• Female support worker required
• Fluent English communication skills
• Experience in disability support, aged care or nursing preferred
• Reliable, caring and respectful attitude
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
• Current First Aid and CPR preferred
• Valid driver’s licence and a car required for community participation

Pay: $40.00 – $75.00 per hour
