We’re seeking passionate, reliable Disability Support Workers to join our growing team, supporting participants across Chermside, Stafford Heights, Strathpine, Redcliffe, Caboolture and the wider Moreton Bay region.

About the role

Following individual care plans and protocols, you’ll support participants with:

• PEG feeding, complex bowel care, catheter care and stoma care
• Personal care and daily living activities
• Hoist-assisted transfers
• Meal preparation and management
• Medication assistance
• Community access and transport to appointments
• Household tasks and domestic assistance

What we’re looking for

• A genuine passion for supporting people with disability
• Strong communication skills and emotional resilience
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to following care plans
• Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
• An NDIS Worker Screening Check or Yellow Card, or willingness to obtain the required clearance
