Key responsibilities

• Provide personalised, person-centred support to clients with diverse needs
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and light household tasks
• Support clients to participate in social, recreational, and community activities
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• Work collaboratively with the broader care team to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery

About you

• A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities
• Experience in disability, aged care, or community services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current First Aid certificate and valid driver's licence
• Manual Handling
• Understanding of the NDIS and relevant legislation
