We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Workers to join our growing team. We are currently looking for a Support Worker who is available any of the following hours:

Weekdays -

7:00 am – 10:00 am

3:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Weekends -

9am - 2pm

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs, interests, and goals. No two days are the same, and your role may include:

• Assisting with community access and social participation
• Supporting skill development and independence
• Assisting with daily living activities
• Supporting participants to achieve their NDIS goals
• Encouraging choice, inclusion, and meaningful engagement
• Transporting participants to activities and appointments

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Reliable, adaptable, and proactive
• A strong communicator with a positive attitude
• Respectful of individual choice and dignity
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Essential Requirements

• Current Working with Children Check
• National Police Check
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle - comprehensive car
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module completion (or willingness to complete when onboarded)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
