What they need
Disability Support Worker
TLC Home Care is seeking Disability Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred support to our NDIS participants.
Applicants may operate under their own sole-trader ABN, provided the subcontracting arrangement meets all applicable legal and compliance requirements.
Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent relevant qualification.
Current First Aid and CPR.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Valid driver’s licence and own registered, reliable vehicle.
Appropriate vehicle insurance for work-related use.
Own ABN or registered business ABN.
Relevant disability support experience is required participant-specific training.
PEG feeding experience is a bonus
Ability to maintain accurate progress notes and follow the participant’s care plan.
