About the Role

We are seeking compassionate, reliable Support Workers to assist individuals living with disability to live independently, safely, and with dignity. This role involves providing person-centred support in line with individual care plans and NDIS guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living support
• Assist with community access and social participation
• Support clients with household tasks (cleaning, meal preparation, shopping)
• Follow individual support plans and risk assessments
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the team
• Promote choice, independence, and respect at all times

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Hold or be willing to obtain a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Check
• Hold or be willing to obtain a Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Be willing and able to complete Manual Handling training
• Have a caring, patient, and respectful approach
• Be reliable with good communication skills
• Have the ability to follow policies, procedures, and care plans

Desirable (but not essential)

• Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or similar
• Previous experience in disability or community support
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Full or Provisional Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
