  • Encourage choice, growth, and meaningful community involvement
  • Keep accurate documentation and communicate effectively with your team

What We’re Looking For:

  • A caring, patient, and respectful approach, where building meaningful relationships is your top priority.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, overnights, and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Required: Must provide a clear Criminal Record Check with a Vulnerable Sector search upon hire.
  • Required: Valid First Aid/CPR Level C certification
  • Required: Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are required.
  • Previous experience in disability support or human services is considered an asset, but not required—we provide comprehensive training.
  • Experience supporting individuals who may exhibit aggressive or challenging behaviors.
  • Asset: Transferring, Lifting, and Repositioning (TLR) certification.

Why Join SAI:

  • Meaningful work that truly impacts others
  • Comprehensive training in Gentle Teaching
  • Supportive, relationship-focused team environment
  • Opportunities for growth and development
