Disability Support Worker (Doreen)

Disability Support Worker | Doreen, VIC

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team in Doreen, Victoria.

Key Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in PEG feeding.
• Experience in manual handling, particularly hoist transfers.
• Demonstrated experience supporting participants with high-care and complex support needs.
• Knowledge of personal care, medication administration, and safe support practices.
• Ability to follow individual support plans and maintain accurate documentation.
• Strong communication skills and a person-centred approach.
• Relevant qualifications and required NDIS checks and clearances.
