What they need
We're seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team in Dubbo, NSW. You'll provide direct support to participants in their homes and communities, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and community participation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist participants with personal care and daily living activities
- Support community participation and social activities
- Implement individualised support plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
- Build positive relationships with participants and their families
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Australian Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Passion for supporting people with disabilities
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $36.22 – $38.50 per hour
Work Location: In person
