About you

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Disability Support Worker
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviours
• Strong understanding of person centred practice
• Ability to follow Behaviour Support Plans and implement strategies safely
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Working With Children Check
• Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Community Services or equivalent (desirable)
