Disability Support Worker – Murray Bridge, SA

We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Murray Bridge.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to people with disabilities, helping them live independently and participate in their community.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing personal care and daily living support
• Supporting clients with community access and social activities
• Assisting with meal preparation and household tasks
• Supporting mobility and transfers as required
• Following individual support plans and maintaining accurate case notes
• Assisting with medication in accordance with relevant policies and procedures
• Promoting dignity, independence, choice, and respect

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Caring, patient, reliable, and respectful
• Experienced in disability or aged care support
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong in communication and documentation
• Flexible with availability, including weekends and various shifts

Essential Requirements

• Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or equivalent
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children Check
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• First Aid and CPR
• Manual Handling training
• Current Australian driver’s licence
• Reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance
• Right to work in Australia
