NDIS Disability Support Worker

Beyond Health Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to provide high-quality care to children with disabilities in Epping. Role Responsibilities

As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a key role in enhancing the quality of life for children with disabilities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care and daily living assistance, including meal preparation and hygiene support
• Supporting children in engaging activities that promote social, cognitive, and physical development
• Facilitating community participation and social inclusion
• Assisting in developing independence and essential life skills
• Collaborating with families, therapists, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care
• Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to NDIS compliance requirements

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working with children with disabilities (preferred)
• A compassionate, patient, and professional approach to care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A high level of reliability and professionalism

Essential Certifications (or willingness to obtain):

• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children Check
• First Aid and CPR Certification
• Australian Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
