The Role
We are seeking a capable and understanding Support Worker/Household Manager to assist . This is an ongoing role providing, with flexible scheduling to suit both the participant and support worker.

About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with daily household management tasks such as cleaning, organising, and meal preparation
• Supporting the participant to maintain routines and improve daily living skills
• Providing respectful and empowering support aligned with participant goals
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment
• Liaising with the Beyond Health Services team to ensure quality service delivery

About You
You are a compassionate, respectful, and organised individual with:

• Experience supporting people with neurological or similar disabilities (preferred)
• A strong understanding of professional boundaries and person-centred support
• A friendly and non-judgmental attitude
• Excellent communication and reliability

NDIS Compliance
You will need the following (or be willing to obtain):

• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current First Aid and CPR
• ABN (for contractors)
• Police Check
• Working with Children Check
