About the role

Compassionate, skilled support workers to join a complex care team, supporting NDIS participants with high-quality, person-centred care. This is an opportunity for workers who thrive in complex care settings and want consistent, well-paid shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to NDIS participants with complex care needs

• Deliver person-centred care in line with NDIS standards

• Undertake sleepover shifts as available

• Work weekend shifts as required

About you

• Based in or able to reliably work in Millicent
• Experience with dementia care highly regarded
• Experience managing challenging behaviours highly regarded
• Manual handling experience highly regarded
• Genuine, caring approach and strong communication skills
• Certificate III Individual Support
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Police Check
• Current First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transport
