Executing processing of NACH Mandate
Collecting Screening Property Title other necessary documents. Compliance of CPs prior to disbursement
Follow-up on all pending documents / DP payments
Educating the Customer on Repayment of Loan, Prepayments, the occasion of default, any assistance necessity
Raising Disbursement Requests
Soft Bucket Collection like Pre EMI, Tech Bounces, etc
Communication Relationship:
Maintain and Develop Relationships with:
Builder Staff ( for disbursement requests )
