What they need
- Receive and process requests through the proprietary disclosure system; organize queue and track pending disclosure requests to ensure that loan disclosures are issued correctly and in a timely fashion.
- Analyze and research existing loan terms and compliance reports to resolve issues regarding disclosure and fee requirements
- Multitask effectively between several software interfaces, including loan origination system and document vendor interface
- Analyze CIC requests per the parameters of the loan file to determine the viability of requests per compliance rules; update all necessary software applications and issue disclosure packages.
- Understand and adhere to departmental goals, company policies, and state/federal regulations that relate to loan terms, fees, and disclosures.
- Troubleshoot a variety of possible problems with loan disclosures.
- Read, implement, and keep track of updates and changes to workflow, policies, and product changes as they occur.
