Discovery Immunology (AD-SD) （免疫方向）

• Build immunology therapeutic area project team, lead the discovery and preclinical stage drug discovery projects for autoimmune diseases, mainly biologics drug. 组建免疫治疗领域项目团队，领导自身免疫疾病药物（以生物药为主）的发现与临床前阶段项目。
• Key member of the drug discovery leadership team. Provide immunology expertise support. Evaluate and guide milestone endorsement for preclinical candidates. 作为药物发现领导团队核心成员，提供免疫学专业支持；评估并推动临床前候选分子的里程碑决策。
• Leadership on the new target proposal, validation, and antibody discovery, particularly for the autoimmune diseases, and may also include inflammation, fibrosis, and rare diseases. 主导新靶点立项、验证与抗体发现工作，重点面向自身免疫疾病，也可涵盖炎症、纤维化等领域。
• Characterize antibodies in vitro and in vivo for IND submission and clinical trials. Assisting in licensing and collaborate with other internal and external teams when needed.

• PhD degree in immunology, or relevant cell biology field. ＞6-year industry or PI experience in immunology drug discovery. The title is flexible depending upon experience and qualifications. 免疫学或相关细胞生物学领域博士学位；在免疫学药物发现方向具备6年以上工业界经验或独立PI 经历；具体 title 根据经验与资历灵活定档。
• Deep understanding of fundamental immunology. Expertise in autoimmune diseases, inflammation etc. Familiar with emerging new science and/or technologies in antibody discovery.

• Track record of leading immunology drug discovery programs from target discovery to preclinic and clinic.

• Experience with oral cyclic peptides is preferred. 具备口服环肽相关经验者优先。
• Good communication skills and quick learner to adapt to the fast-growing biotech industry. Fluent in English and excellent English scientific presentation skills. Effective collaboration with colleagues and partners. 沟通能力良好，学习能力强，能快速适应高速发展的生物科技行业；英文流利，具备优秀的英文科学汇报能力。与同事及合作伙伴高效协作。
