We're currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Discovery Technician.

This position supports accurate repair planning, ensures proper documentation of damage, and facilitates a seamless workflow between estimators, body technicians, and insurance partners. - Communicate effectively with team members regarding repair progress and requirements
- Complete welding, frame/unibody alignment, body panel repairs, and cosmetic work

- Follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Conduct Quality Control (QC) inspections upon completion of work
- Mix chemicals and materials per manufacturer specifications
- Adapt to a blueprint-style production model—may not disassemble vehicles personally
