The Role

As a Dish / Prep team member, you’ll help create the foundation that keeps our kitchen running smoothly. You’ll wash, sanitize, and organize dishes with consistency, keep equipment in proper order, and follow prep procedures step by step to support the kitchen team. You’ll assist with food prep by measuring, chopping, portioning, and labeling ingredients according to exact specifications. You’ll maintain a clean, orderly workspace, follow safety guidelines, and fully complete each task before moving on.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys predictable work, values routine, and takes pride in doing things correctly every time.
