Dishwasher (3rd Shift)

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team during the third shift. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment to thoroughly clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen tools.
• Follow food safety sanitizing procedures to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic chopping or ingredient handling under supervision.
• Support kitchen staff by bussing tables, clearing plates, and helping maintain cleanliness in dining areas.
• Handle manual tasks such as lifting heavy pots, trays, and supplies safely and efficiently.
• Maintain organization of dishware and kitchen supplies for easy access and inventory control.
• Adhere to all kitchen health and safety standards to create a safe working environment for everyone.

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key.
• Knowledge of food safety management and sanitation practices in a restaurant setting.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks comfortably.
• Basic understanding of operating kitchen equipment such as dishwashers and cleaning tools.
• Familiarity with food handling procedures and kitchen health standards.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and safety protocols are followed consistently.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude to support the overall restaurant operations.
