Dishwasher / Kitchen Support, AIM Café (Seal Beach)

Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts only

Compensation: $16.90–$18.00/hr plus tips (actual offers may vary based on location, experience, and skills)

Overview

AIM Café, located inside AIM Sportsplex in Seal Beach, is looking for a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher / Kitchen Support team member for our weekend shifts. You'll keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and running smoothly during our busiest days. This is an entry-level, part-time position with room to grow into prep and front-of-house roles.

Duties

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pans, utensils, and containers by hand and with the commercial dishwasher
• Air-dry and put away all clean items in their proper place
• Help with basic food prep, such as cutting fruit and vegetables and portioning ingredients and sauces
• Keep the kitchen clean: wipe and sanitize surfaces, sweep and mop floors, empty trash, and break down cardboard
• Restock supplies and help with end-of-shift closing tasks
• Support the kitchen and counter staff as needed during busy periods

Requirements

• Available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday every week
• Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience is a plus but not required; we will train
• California Food Handler Card, or willingness to get one within 30 days of hire
• Able to stay on your feet for a full shift and work at a steady pace when it gets busy
• Attention to detail and pride in keeping a clean workspace
• Dependable, on time, and a good teammate
