Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas are organized and sanitary.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and cleaning workstations.
• Support the kitchen team by handling food handling duties in compliance with safety standards.
• Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials to keep the kitchen environment clean.
• Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours.

Requirements

• Prior experience in cleaning or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and basic kitchen operations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on hospitality and supporting a positive work environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
