Job Overview

Barsella is an exciting new Italian restaurant opening in Uptown Dallas, and we are looking for dependable, hardworking Dishwashers/Stewards to join our growing opening team. This is a great opportunity to become part of a new restaurant from the ground up and play an essential role in keeping the kitchen clean, organized, safe, and running smoothly from day one.

We’re looking for team members who are reliable, efficient, willing to help wherever needed, and take pride in supporting a fast-paced kitchen. If you’re motivated, team-oriented, and excited to grow with a new Dallas restaurant, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain the dish machine and dishwashing area
• Properly organize and store clean dishes and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, drains, and kitchen support areas
• Remove trash and recycling as needed
• Assist with kitchen cleaning and closing procedures
• Follow sanitation and workplace-safety standards
• Support prep and culinary staff when needed
• Help maintain an organized and efficient kitchen environment

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen duties
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the team

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
