Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Dishwasher to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to thoroughly clean dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen tools
• Follow strict food safety sanitizing procedures to ensure all items are hygienic and ready for use
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and setup
• Support bussing duties by clearing tables and transporting used dishware to the kitchen area
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing station and surrounding areas, adhering to sanitation standards
• Handle manual lifting of heavy pots, pans, and supplies safely and efficiently
• Follow all kitchen health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues

Skills

• Experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a strong understanding of kitchen operations
• Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitation procedures
• Ability to operate commercial dishwashing equipment effectively
• Basic knife skills and familiarity with food handling protocols
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking during shifts
• Strong attention to cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in a busy kitchen setting
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to support food preparation, bussing, and cleaning tasks seamlessly

Pay: From $21.50 per hour
