Duties

• Thoroughly wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Follow strict food safety sanitizing procedures to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Handle manual tasks including heavy lifting of large pots, trays, or boxes of supplies safely and efficiently.
• Operate basic kitchen equipment like dishwashers, sinks, and cleaning tools while adhering to safety protocols.
• Support overall kitchen sanitation by cleaning floors, workstations, and storage areas regularly to maintain a hygienic environment.Skills
• Strong understanding of food safety management and sanitation practices within a restaurant setting.
• Experience in food service or restaurant environments with knowledge of food handling procedures.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and repetitive motions.
• Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment such as commercial dishwashers and cleaning tools.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
