Dishwasher

Duties

• Efficiently wash, scrub, rinse, and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen tools using proper food safety sanitizing procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-based environment that can be fast paced.
• Follow all sanitation protocols to maintain a hygienic kitchen environment in compliance with health regulations.
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of large pots, trays, or bulk supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for food service operations.

Experience

• Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices is an advantage.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and prolonged standing throughout shifts.
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting busy kitchen environments.
• Culinary or kitchen experience that demonstrates attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
