Duties

• Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools using proper cleaning techniques
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all equipment is functioning correctly
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and handling ingredients safely
• Support the kitchen team by managing dish flow during busy service periods to prevent delays
• Follow food handling safety standards and hygiene protocols at all times
• Dispose of waste properly and keep the work area tidy to uphold health regulations
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning or dishwashing within a restaurant or food service environment
• Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation processes
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues
• Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items when necessary
• Prior hospitality or food service experience is highly desirable to excel in this role

Pay: $18.25-$21.00 per hour
