Dishwasher

Crossed Keys Estate is looking for dishwashers to join our kitchen team in a luxury wedding business. We are willing to train the right candidate and help them grow in the hospitality industry!

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Washing dishes, silverware, glassware through a commercial dishwasher and by hand before, during and after events
• Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors
• Retrieving inventory of hard goods for wedding setup
• Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, sauté burners, convection oven, flat top range and refrigeration equipment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or manager-on-duty.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Ability to work 1-4 events per weekend, must be available Thursday & Friday
• Be able to walk/stand for hours at a time
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
