You’ll keep the kitchen running smoothly by cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, utensils, and equipment. If you’re hardworking, organized, and ready to help build a great kitchen from day one, we’d love to have you on the team.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning methods
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure all surfaces are sanitized regularly
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and ingredients
• Support the kitchen staff by providing clean dishes and utensils promptly during service hours
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations
• Manage waste disposal efficiently and keep the work area free of clutter
• Restock supplies such as towels, soap, and cleaning agents as necessary

Experience

• Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with cleaning procedures and food handling standards is advantageous
• Experience with food preparation or cooking can be beneficial but is not mandatory
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

Pay: $20.00 per hour
