• Thoroughly wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment using commercial-grade cleaning tools and techniques
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas meet sanitation standards
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting chefs and kitchen staff during busy service hours
• Organize and store clean items properly for easy access by the culinary team
• Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, cleaning chemicals, and equipment operation
• Support the overall cleanliness of the kitchen by disposing of waste and recycling appropriately
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours and special events

Qualifications

• Prior experience in restaurant or food service environments is highly desirable
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and food handling safety regulations
• Experience with kitchen equipment, dishwashers, or food preparation tools is a plus
