Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly washed and sanitized. This position will also include preping food for the following shift.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure that all kitchen surfaces are free from debris and spills.
• Assist in the organization of kitchen supplies and ensure that clean dishes are stored properly.
• Dispose of waste materials in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the kitchen supervisor promptly.
• Follow all food safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry or as a dishwasher is required.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is an advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
• Willingness to assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
