Duties

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, utensils, and cooking tools efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and organized.
• Assist kitchen staff with food preparation tasks as needed.
• Help manage the flow of dirty dishes from the dining area to the dishwashing station.
• Ensure that all dishes are returned to their proper locations after cleaning.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation processes is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed.

Pay: $17.97 - $18.76 per hour
