Job Summary

Ruth's Chris Steak House is seeking a dependable Dishwasher to support the kitchen team by keeping dishes, utensils, cookware, and work areas clean and ready for service. The ideal candidate is hardworking, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment safely
• Keep kitchen areas, sinks, and dish stations clean and organized
• Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and sanitation tasks
• Properly store clean dishes and equipment
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift
• Follow food-safety and sanitation procedures
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or dishwasher experience is preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move kitchen items safely
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
