Position Overview

Kevin Rathbun Steak is looking for a dependable Dishwasher to help maintain a clean, efficient, and well-organized kitchen. This position supports the culinary team by ensuring dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen areas are properly cleaned and sanitized throughout each shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment safely
• Keep the dish station clean, stocked, and organized
• Assist with general kitchen cleaning and sanitation
• Dispose of trash and maintain designated areas
• Follow food-safety and sanitation guidelines
• Help kitchen staff during busy service periods
• Properly organize and store cleaned equipment
• Report equipment or supply issues to management
• Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is helpful but not required
• Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move kitchen equipment safely
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
