Duties

• Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning techniques and tools.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas meet health and safety standards.
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies or handling basic food items when needed.
• Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and efficiently to maintain a clean dining environment.
• Help with general cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas to uphold hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes for food service operations.
• Follow proper food handling procedures and adhere to sanitation protocols at all times.

Skills

• Strong understanding of cleaning procedures and food safety standards in hospitality environments.
• Experience with bussing tables or supporting food service operations is a plus.
• Ability to handle basic food preparation tasks and assist with catering or banquet setups.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment, dishwashing machines, and sanitation tools.

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
