Duties

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment efficiently while adhering to food safety sanitizing procedures
• Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools following strict sanitation standards
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic chopping or ingredient handling under supervision
• Support bussing duties by clearing tables and ensuring dining areas remain tidy and welcoming
• Handle manual lifting of heavy pots, trays, and dishware safely in accordance with health and safety standards
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness in dishwashing stations and kitchen areas through regular sanitation routines
• Follow all food safety management protocols to ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and prevent cross-contamination

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with knowledge of kitchen operations
• Strong understanding of food handling, sanitation practices, and kitchen health and safety standards
• Ability to operate commercial dishwashing machines and other kitchen equipment confidently
• Excellent manual handling skills for heavy lifting tasks involved in dishwashing and kitchen support
• Familiarity with knife skills and basic food preparation techniques is a plus
• Experience in catering or banquet settings demonstrating adaptability in high-volume environments
• Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude who thrives in fast-paced hospitality settings

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
