Duties

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including bussing tables and ensuring that kitchen supplies are stocked.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to support overall operations during busy service periods.
• Dispose of waste properly and assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a culinary or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn about various aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation and catering services.
