Duties

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas to meet health and safety standards.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety compliance.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage dish flow during busy service periods.
• Keep accurate records of cleaning schedules and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
