Dishwasher / Prep Cook – $18–$20/hr + Tips

Boto Sushi is looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team.

Pay

$18–$20 per hour, depending on experience and performance, plus tips.

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing and keeping the dish area clean and organized
• Basic food prep and ingredient preparation
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen
• Assist kitchen staff as needed
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications

• Restaurant or kitchen experience preferred, but not required
• Reliable, responsible, and hardworking
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good teamwork and willingness to learn
• Looking for a stable, long-term position

Saturday and Sunday availability is strongly preferred.

We are especially looking for someone who can reliably work weekends, including both Saturday and Sunday.
