Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly washed and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary team and delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

Duties

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen by regularly cleaning floors, counters, and equipment.
• Assist in food preparation as needed, including washing vegetables and preparing ingredients for cooking.
• Help with bussing tables and clearing dishes from dining areas to ensure a smooth flow of service.
• Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes for service.
• Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to management promptly.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to assist others in the kitchen as needed.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service are essential for success in this role.

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 25.0 per week
