Dishwasher

Overview

ButterPunk, a biscuit sandwich shop, cafe and bakery is hiring a dishwasher!
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled pit punk to join our kitchen team. This role is essential in delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in both running a dish station and doing light prep tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all dishes are thoroughly cleaned, dried, and put away properly
• Work quickly, efficiently, and safely
• Occasionally assist in food prep, including chopping and slicing ingredients as needed
• Keep workstations organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Knowledge of food handling techniques and safety regulations within the food industry
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with kitchen staff and management
• Have a positive, can-do attitude when you come to work
• Ability to work morning and afternoon shifts between the hours of 8:00am and 4pm
• Weekends are a must!

Pay: $23.15 - $26.00 per hour
