Dishwasher

Job Summary:

At Pal Campo Restaurant we are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. The Dishwasher will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining our restaurant's kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Operate the dishwashing machine to wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.

· Hand wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans as needed.

· Remove garbage and recycling from the kitchen area.

· Maintain a clean and organized work area.

· Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.

· Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that orders are completed accurately and efficiently.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

· Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

· Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

· Ability to stand for extended periods.
