This is a Monday through Friday position.

Duties

• Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment following food safety sanitizing procedures
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
• Clear and buss tables promptly to maintain cleanliness in dining areas
• Operate dishwashing machines and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Handle manual lifting of heavy cookware and supplies with proper technique to prevent injury
• Maintain strict sanitation standards in accordance with kitchen health and safety regulations
• Support food handling procedures ensuring proper hygiene practices are followed at all times

Experience

• Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred, especially in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with food safety management and sanitation practices is highly advantageous
• Basic knife skills and experience with food preparation are a plus
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of kitchen health and safety standards, including proper use of dishwashing equipment
• Experience with catering or banquet service is beneficial but not required
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards hospitality service

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
